Buy the terminal outright and keep the full surcharge, or keep a machine you already own running properly. Both are supported.
Equipment
Genmega and Hyosung terminals, selected for parts availability and service life rather than headline price. Every unit ships ADA-compliant with current EMV and PIN security standards.
Freestanding, wall-mount, and through-the-wall configurations, specified against your floor plan and traffic pattern.
Service
First-line service covers the things that actually take machines offline: note jams, card reader faults, receipt paper, communication drops. Second-line covers component failure and dispatch.
Monitoring runs continuously. In most cases we know a terminal is down before the location does.
Owning versus placing
Owning means capital up front, responsibility for cash, and the full surcharge. Placing means none of the first two and a share of the third. Neither is universally right — it depends on your volume, your comfort handling cash, and what else that capital could be doing.
